We know that running a care home is a difficult and demanding job, but our Kareman care home software is here to make life easier.

Our software has been designed specifically with care homes in mind, taking into account the IT needs of staff, frequently used processes and everyday tasks.

Our user-friendly system allows staff to quickly and easily record important events, take notes, and measure progress. It also allows you to store electronic records, photographs, medication administration documentation and more.

Using our software, staff can also access general care information and assessments as often as required to keep track of a person’s needs.

All data is kept securely, with backups taken regularly. Our software is also capable of generating easy-to-understand reports, such as care plans and CQC compliance assessments.

With our software, you can also set reminders and alerts to keep staff informed of important tasks.

Our system is built to integrate seamlessly with other computer systems, making it easier to share information across multiple sites and departments.

We’re also constantly updating and refining our software, so that you can trust you will always have the most up-to-date version.
